8.20.020 Removal and sale of abandoned vehicles.

(1) The Madras Police Department has the authority to take custody of, remove and sell abandoned vehicles as is provided in ORS 819.110 to 819.260.
(2) In removing and taking custody of vehicles as described in this section, the Madras Police Department shall comply with all notice requirements, rights to a hearing, and procedures as provided in ORS 819.100 to 819.260. [Ord. 730 § 2, 2005.]
