All dogs must be inoculated against rabies unless specifically exempt under state or federal law. It is the responsibility of the owner to demonstrate to the County Clerk or licensing agent’s satisfaction that the subject dog falls within an exemption under state or federal law. Owners must at all times possess a current certificate of vaccination for rabies for each dog owned, unless exempted. [Ord. 863 § 6, 2015.]
